Below are some guidelines that will help make everyone's visit pleasurable. While this section appears to be lengthy, the objective is to define “normal” expectations so that everyone enjoys the atmosphere and environment within Tuscany Spa • Salon.

Appointments

Please arrive early for your appointment to ensure your services run as smoothly as possible. If you are receiving skin care, body treatment,or a massage, please arrive at least 15 minutes early. This will help ensure enough time to complete a personal health and/or skin care form as well as allowing time to change into the appropriate, provided spa attire.

As much as we would like, we cannot guarantee service for late arrivals.  In most cases, we will have to reschedule you or possibly abbreviate the intended services.

Cancellations

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. In the event that a scheduled service provider is unable to work, Tuscany Spa • Salon will do everything possible accommodate your wishes. This could result in rescheduling the appointment for another date/time or enabling you to see another service provider. In all cases, we want to ensure that your desires are met.!

Cell Phones and Pagers

We ask that a cell phone’s ringer be turned off and refrained from use in the spa, nail, and relaxation areas. Unfortunately, use of these devices conflict with the desired environment.

You are welcome to use your cell phone in the reception area or hair salon.

Thank you for your cooperation in this dynamic area!

Children

For their own safety and the comfort of all clients, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit. If it is necessary, children may remain in the waiting area — if accompanied by an adult.

Clothing & Shower (Spa Services)

A robe, slippers, and a secure locker is provided upon your arrival. You will be properly draped during your services and most guests prefer to fully disrobe.  You may leave on any of your undergarments, however, if you are more comfortable.   Please feel free to ask any question to our Reception Staff or Therapists.

A private shower is available for your use before or after your massage. The shower room is adjacent to the locker room.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not include in the price of services unless specified. If you are satisfied with your service, a 15% to 20% tip is customary. If you wish to add a gratuity to a credit card payment, please notify us at the time of payment.

If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right!  Our primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.

Professional Retail Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

Payment

Tuscany Spa • Salon proudly accepts checks, cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note that there is a $35 fee for any returned checks.

Relaxation Room

Our Relaxation Room is available for parties, showers, or meetings. We are happy to provide outside catering of food and refreshments per an arranged additional charge.

Membership and Rewards

As of April 1, 2005, we offer four great client programs.  We are the only Cincinnati spa and salon to offer these programs!

Our Membership Program offers you many different advantages and savings via the four (4) different membership levels. Also, our Rewards Program offers you earned points – good for discounts on product and services. Please see our Members Page for more exciting details!

Corporate Gifts

Tuscany Spa • Salon will customize any of its packages or services to meet your specifications and price range. Please see the Manager for information.
